Fourteen days, no reason needed.
If you are a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase within fourteen days of receiving the coat, without giving any reason (arts. 52–59 of the Italian Consumer Code). Everything you need to know is below, in the order you need it.
How it works, plainly.
An explicit statement sent before the fourteen days run out, to naturaely@libero.it or by post to our address. A plain email saying you wish to return the coat, with the order reference, is enough. We confirm receipt without delay.
The coat comes back within fourteen days of that message: intact, worn no more than needed to try it, with its labels. Where you are withdrawing, the direct cost of return is at your expense: please use a trackable service, so the coat does not go missing on the way. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature and characteristics of the coat.
We return everything you paid, standard delivery included, within fourteen days of being informed of the withdrawal and in any case not before we have received the coat or proof of dispatch. Same means of payment you chose, at no extra cost.
Made-to-measure pieces.
Withdrawal is excluded for garments made to your measurements or clearly personalised at your request — size alterations, bespoke lengths, embroidered initials, dyes asked for specially — under art. 59(1)(c) of the Italian Consumer Code.
We say so clearly before any work begins, and without your informed consent we do not proceed. A coat bought exactly as it is, unaltered, can always be returned.
Two years, by law.
Every coat carries the statutory two-year warranty of conformity from delivery. In case of a defect you are entitled, at your choice, to repair or replacement and, under the conditions set by law, to a price reduction or to rescission with refund.
No notice within two months is required: write to us describing the defect, with a few photographs. Normal signs of wear, damage from washing not following our care instructions and the natural variation of plant dyes are excluded.
Wrong, faulty, damaged or non-conforming garment: the withdrawal rule does not apply here. We do not ask you to pay return carriage — we arrange the collection, or reimburse the documented cost — and you are charged nothing for the repair, the replacement or the refund. Write to us and we will tell you at once how to proceed.
If the coat comes back from outside the European Union.
At present, delivery is available in Italy only. Should a garment be returned from a country outside the European Union, and where you are withdrawing, any customs charges, import or export duties and other costs connected with the return may be payable by you, where the law of the country provides for them. Always declare the parcel as returned goods: it helps prevent the coat being treated as a fresh import.
Duties and taxes you paid directly to the customs authorities of your own country never reach us and we cannot refund them, unless the applicable law requires it: in many countries they can be reclaimed from customs itself when the goods are returned. If the coat comes back because it is wrong, faulty or non-conforming, these costs are ours to carry.

It is not compulsory: an email saying you wish to withdraw is enough. But if you prefer the formal route, this is the model withdrawal form of Annex I, Part B, of the Italian Consumer Code. Copy it, fill it in and send it to naturaely@libero.it.

We confirm receipt without delay. The garment must then be sent back within fourteen days of the notice.
Often it can be fixed.
If the coat does not fall the way you hoped, write to us before sending it back: sleeves, hem and buttons are altered free of charge, and that is usually all it needed.
