The atelier is inside a nineteenth-century villa in Arco, a few steps from the river Sarca. It opens by appointment, so that when you arrive we are there — with time to try the garments on, look through the cloth and drink a coffee.

01How long does it take to receive a piece?
The Pelèr coats and other ready pieces are sent as soon as we can. For pieces made to measure, the time in the workroom is confirmed to you in writing before we begin: that is a different thing from transit time, which starts when the parcel leaves the atelier. We write to you when it goes into work and when it leaves.
02Can a piece be altered?
Yes. Sleeves, hem and buttons are included in the price. Write to us before you order, or book a fitting at the atelier: we take the measurements together.
03How much is shipping?
At present, delivery is available in Italy only. Shipping is complimentary and tracked.
04How do you wash a plant-dyed garment?
By hand, in cold water, with a neutral soap, and dried in the shade. Everything else is on the Care page.
05Can I see the pieces in person?
Yes, at the atelier in Arco, by appointment. You try them on, you look at the light on the wool, and you decide slowly.
Dyeing with us.
We open the atelier for workshops in plant dyeing, botanical printing and shibori: half a day, four people at most. You go home with the scarf you dyed yourself and the card of the plant you used.
Where we ship.
Orders are shipped from Italy with tracked delivery, and shipping within Italy is complimentary: the cost is already in the price of the garment. At present, delivery is available in Italy only.
