1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a site places on the device of whoever visits it, to remember something: the language you chose, the pieces in your basket, the outcome of a payment. Some are essential for the site to work; others measure audiences or serve advertising. We use only the first kind.

2. The storage this site uses

This site uses two local memories in your browser (localStorage), which stay on your device and are sent to nobody, and a single cookie of its own, only when you start a payment:

Keeps the pieces you have chosen so you do not lose them on reload. Technical and necessary. It stays until you empty the basket or clear your browser storage.

Consent · naturaely_consenso_v1

Records the choice you made about third-party content, so we need not ask again on every page. Technical and necessary. It stays until you clear your browser storage or change your choice.

Payment reservation · __Host-ne_pren

A technical cookie set by our server when you press «Proceed to checkout». It holds only a random identifier of the temporary reservation, no personal data. It links your browser to the reservation of the one-of-one pieces you chose, prevents a double click or a retry from opening a second payment session, keeps the status of the pieces consistent (available, reserved, sold) and closes the reservation correctly if you cancel or resume payment. It lasts at most one hour (Max-Age 3600 seconds) and is deleted when you cancel the payment. It cannot be read by page scripts (HttpOnly), travels only over an encrypted connection (Secure) and is not sent to third-party sites (SameSite=Lax). It is not used for advertising or profiling.

All three are strictly necessary for the site and for payment to work, and fall within the consent exemption of Art. 122(1) of the Italian Privacy Code.

Payment on Stripe: when you proceed to payment you are taken to the checkout page hosted by Stripe, on a Stripe domain and not on natuRa.Ely’s. 3. Third-party content

Two pieces of content are not served by our own site. Neither sets profiling cookies, but both mean your IP address reaches somebody else’s server.

Typefaces · Google Fonts

The Cormorant Garamond, Tenor Sans and JetBrains Mono typefaces are requested from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com (Google Ireland Limited). No cookies are set; your IP address and browser technical data reach Google for as long as it takes to deliver the files. They load when the page opens, because without them the site would not read as it was drawn. We intend to host the typefaces on our own server; when that happens, this page will say so. — Google privacy policy

Map · OpenStreetMap

The map on the atelier page is served by the OpenStreetMap Foundation. It does not load until you allow it: in its place you will find a panel with a button. When you open it, your browser contacts the foundation’s servers, which log the IP address in their own technical records. The address of the atelier is written out in plain text beside the map, so you can find us without opening it. — OpenStreetMap privacy policy

Links to our Instagram profile and our email and telephone details are plain links: nothing is embedded in the pages and nothing is sent before you click them.

4. Your consent

On your first visit a bar at the foot of the page asks what to do with the external content that needs your permission. You can accept, reject, or open the preferences and choose item by item. The necessary memories are not among the choices because they cannot be switched off: without them the basket does not work.

You may change your mind at any time: the control below reopens the same window. If you decline, nothing is loaded; if you accept, only what you authorised is loaded.

5. What we do not do

There are no profiling cookies on this site, no behavioural advertising, no social network pixels and no analytics — no Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no equivalent. We do not follow you from site to site and we sell data to no one.

6. Managing them from your browser

You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Bear in mind that blocking the technical ones stops the basket from remembering your choices and may prevent online payment from starting.

7. Updates

Should we ever introduce tools other than those listed here, this page will be updated first and your consent will be requested in the manner the law provides.

We prefer a site that remembers little and asks little: like a workshop, where nobody takes notes on you.
